I will combine all my knowledge and bodily wisdom in this coaching container - with Nutritional Therapy, Somatic Coaching and body based practices we will make sure that you will build a solid foundation so that the change will be long lasting. • Somatic coaching helps to change things on body level which means that you don’t have to force things or pretend to be anyone else than your most authentic self. Somatic practices touch a layer deeper than the usual talk therapy alone ever can. Through somatic practices you can let go of limiting beliefs and realign your thought patterns gently but effectively.

• Healthy terrain is a key for well functioning body. Your digestion, mood, recovery, nourishment is all dependent on the health of your system and especially your digestive and detoxification system. Through Nutritional Therapy we will make sure that your body has all that it needs in order to support your mood, nervous system functioning and energy levels.

• A well functioning body means that we can adjust to our surroundings and know how to bring our system back to recharging state after action. Through body based practices we will make sure that you learn to listen to your body and its needs. You will relearn to express your emotions so that they won’t get stuck in your fascial lines and cause on-going health challenges. This will also help you to understand your unique nervous system and work in harmony with it.

I created FOUNDATION - journey so that you could step into your power & express yourself more freely. Through this 12 week journey you will build a proper foundation for long lasting change. You will learn to understand your nervous system and regulate your state of being so that you can be the leader of your own life. You will also grow your self awareness & strengthen the connection with your inner guidance - so that you can finally trust what you know to be the next right step and follow your long term vision.

How will this journey benefit you?

  • Tools to increase self awareness - you will learn to recognise your needs so that you can put boundaries that support your wellbeing and long term vision. We will also work on the blocks that are stopping you from saying no in the first place. Distinguishing fear from your intuitive knowing is key for making aligned choices.

  • Body awareness - you will learn to recognise how different nervous system states show up in your body and shift from hyperactive state into calmer state of being. The awareness to know what you need in each and every moment will be your guide for the rest of your life.

  • Movement practices and simple guided movement to regulate the nervous system and deepen the connection to your body - you will learn how to attune to your nervous system state through movement and postural practices. You will learn how you can affect your mood and state of being through somatic & therapeutic yoga practices.

  • Somatic coaching practices in order to transmute habitual behaviour patterns, limiting beliefs or unexpressed emotions in the body - you will learn to recognise the sensations in the body, express your emotions and separate limiting beliefs from your truth.

  • Vagal toning exercises to support the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve pathway - you will learn how to increase your emotional and energetic capacity and reduce the experience of stress. Through simple but effective practices you can affect your state of being and learn to shift from overwhelm into a state of being that serves you in each and every moment so that you can be the leader also when challenges occur.

The program will last 12 weeks and you will have 6, 1:1 sessions, each 60-90min long. You will also have weekly Email/WhatsApp support from me and small practices to complete between the sessions to keep you inspired.

  • In my approach I combine solution focused coaching into a somatic body based approach. Instead of just concentrating on the logical mind and the facts of the situation, we use sensations, emotions and internal stories as a gateway into the subconscious mind that resides in your body. We use the body as a portal into your innate wisdom.

    All of our experiences, behaviour patterns and emotions are stored into the body and going through the body allows us to process, change and release them. In a session this may show up for example as guided somatic grounding practice that helps you to learn how to recognise sensations in the body. With practice you can learn to listen to them with compassion and curiosity. This opens up a dialogue between you and all the different parts of your being increasing your self-awareness. You will learn how each state shows up in your body and how you can support your wellbeing with particular resources that work for you. In this way you can build resilience and enhance your capacity to live more embodied. 

    Somatic approach is also an effective way to process trauma and change habitual behaviour patterns that are no longer serving us.
